The staff were super friendly and very helpful in getting us into our room earlier than the normal check in time. Food was excellent - and very well priced. Overall it was a wonderful find of a hotel and we will indeed be back again in the future

Very quiet location. It is a good place if you have a car, or you like to walk a lot. Very close to a convenient store if you like to do your own food, or to feel like home.     We didn't have breakfast. We did have a evening meal, what we ordered was good. Our visit was mid week and off season, so, quiet. This hotel was convenient for our visit to the area, with free parking. The staff are attentive, service is quick and polite.

    Super friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel comfortable and cared for. Nothing was too much trouble and every effort made to make our stay perfect. Lovely newly refurbished rooms are great. Easy free parking. We’ll definitely stay here again. Oh and great views of the Downs and the sea! And good choice of beers and wine in the bar. And excellent cooked breakfast.

    The cleanliness and staff were second to none, superb room and probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, nothing was to much for staff and management and with free car parking and a bus stop on the doorstep getting to Brighton was extremely easy, will be staying again.
