We spent a Thursday night to see Brighton and Hove Albion play at Falmer Stadium, which is just down the road. The stadium is not walking distance, but there was an inexpensive shuttle bus that stopped in the hotel parking lot and took us to and from the match. The room was comfortable and the bathroom large with a separate tub and walk-in shower. We had no issues with noise from the pub downstairs (but there wasn't any live music, as it was a weekday). It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. We also enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the pub, which was very convenient and tasty. I would absolutely stay here again.

The best showers we have ever had! The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. We cooked and had dinner twice and it was even possible to do that with two more family members staying next-door. The location is wonderful, you can do everything on foot! There is a Sainsbury’s a bit further down the road. I had been worried about noise from outside. We had a room to the front and it was perfectly fine at night. We were woken up by the seagulls having a laughing fit. During the daytime more sounds travel up, so it might depend a little on the time of year. We were there in February, when it grows dark and cold early.

Karen is a wonderful hostess with a beautiful home. Our room was a wee bit small, but what we expected. Bed was very comfortable. The room was super clean and very cozy. Breakfast was lovely (I fell in love with her coffee machine).

    We didn't have breakfast. We did have a evening meal, what we ordered was good. Our visit was mid week and off season, so, quiet. This hotel was convenient for our visit to the area, with free parking. The staff are attentive, service is quick and polite.

    Super friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel comfortable and cared for. Nothing was too much trouble and every effort made to make our stay perfect. Lovely newly refurbished rooms are great. Easy free parking. We’ll definitely stay here again. Oh and great views of the Downs and the sea! And good choice of beers and wine in the bar. And excellent cooked breakfast.

    The cleanliness and staff were second to none, superb room and probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, nothing was to much for staff and management and with free car parking and a bus stop on the doorstep getting to Brighton was extremely easy, will be staying again.
