    The breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient for us. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Although conveniently situated off the A1, the venue stands far enough up a drive that means there is no traffic noise, so made for a peaceful sleep. Anne Marie and Tracy are an excellent team. Ample parking. A stroll along the farm track after breakfast afforded us the sight of three skylarks which was lovely.
