Fanstastic for a weekend away very close to the beach. It was during Storm Bert and still we found the static very warm and cosy. The hosts were on tap for any queries and responded in a very friendly manner. The mattress was brand new and very comfortable in the double room (we do not use the twin room). Some nice additional essentials supplier too along with some sweet treats. We will be back for sure.

Loved the decor. Really liked the attention to detail such as the picnic breakfast, there were brownies in the room when we arrived as a little snack. Enough coffee for several cups. A small fridge with water and fruit juice. Milk for coffee. It was all really lovely. White linen, good quality towels.

This is a 5* B&B in all aspects. Incredibly lovely people provided a very warm welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. It's a well maintained, clean and very functional. The double room was huge and extremely comfortable. The fully cooked breakfast was delicious too with quick service and plenty to eat. Great coffee as well. The location was pretty convenient with free parking and just a moments walk from the town centre hub, shops and restaurants. From our room we even had a sea view across the Wash as far as Lincolnshire!!

Very clean, modern, lovely outdoor seating area, very private. The staff were very kind and friendly, and the bottle of welcoming Prosecco was an add bonus. The lady in the reception went above and beyond to help us. Very close to the sea, easy access to the surrounding area. We have all agreed we will be back next year.

    Food and hospitality very good, as was parking. Ability to access cold milk, in communal fridge along with extra tea, coffee etc , really good idea. Really clean and good soaps, shampoos, bathrobes towels etc. welcome Gand T in room , cookies etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good service. ,

    Staff were very good , welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was super, lovely smoked salmon and scrambled egg. Parking was plentiful. Location was convenient for lots of activities. Room had a small sitting out area. Free gin and tonics were a nice touch.
