    Location perfect for visiting kids at Teesside University. Nice walk available at the nearby Albert Park and no shortage of restaurants in the immediate area. Accommodation is excellent with everything we needed for our night stay. On-street parking available right outside the property.

    We were lucky to be upgraded from the one-bed apartment we had booked to a spacious 2-bed apartment, no 18. It was bright, very comfortable and had all we needed for a 3-night stay. Excellent beds, constant hot water, heating if needed. The location was convenient for what we wanted; also a one-stop shop and some restaurants very close and a parade of shops a few minutes away. Just by Dorman Museum and Albert Park. Plenty of free off-street parking. The windows of the flat had been opened before we arrived; most of it was well cleaned.

    The room was ok at the price point and was convenient for Middlesborough, North York Moors and the Redcar coast. The breakfast was good (cereal and full English) but the hours on one morning were limited. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is free parking on site and a chain pub / restaurant in the adjoining block.
