It was exactly what I needed after a heavy day: warm room, hot shower, comfy bed, and a glass of tasty beer in the bar. I liked the thick carpet making the room and stairs quieter. Great having tea and coffee in the room, too.

This is one of the very few establishments I would go back to without hesitation. It felt like home from home. Our host Jane was very welcoming and hospitable. Compared to the average B&B the room was huge with all the facilities you could possibly want including a grand piano.

Stayed in a cabin with our dog, 17 month old and husband over a weekend in January. The place was absolutely perfect. The cabin was cosy and clean, the shower and toilet facilities were sparkling clean and the kitchen area was so thoughtfully set up. The campsite itself is in the middle of a county park which was fabulous for a little one and a dog and it was only a short walk to the local Co-Op, pub and cafe. So good that we have booked to come back again.

A well equipped, modern, spacious flat in a perfect location close to the port and the centre. Very helpful host with prompt replies to questions and who went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed the stay. The gym in the next building was free to use and very well equipped. Although it is a ground floor flat, the blinds in each room allowed privacy when required.
