Even though some of the staff were young novices they were helpful and friendly and keen to please. The hotel has lovely reception areas to relax in. My room was spacious and comfortable with a nice en suite shower room. There was parking, although it looked like it would quickly fill up. Our room was big, comfortable, and warm. We had our own private bathroom and toiletries were provided. At 8am the next day a basket of freshly-made pastries, fruit, a bottle of orange juice, milk and coffee were left outside the room.
