    The location was excellent we were looking for somewhere between the M1 and M40. It was very quiet, the building had a lot of character and the rooms we had, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen had been modernised to a good standard and were spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of parking space within the grounds Breakfast was help yourself from the kitchen next to the bedroom which suited us just fine.
