Nice airy room with plenty of natural light and I noticed there was a fan provided too should one need to use it. Everything spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilties in the room were appreciated and the breakfast was absolutely lovely, thanks for catering to my special dietary request. On street parking very easy. I found the Coffee was especially good. Location was excellent. Close to pubs, fish and chips, and local stores on foot. Close to (a mile or two) from the beaches and just a bit further (4 miles or so) from the RSPB reserve. Off street parking available was a plus, although not an issue to park on street if needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I found the bed very comfortable. The walk-in shower room was bigger than I had expected. Wi-Fi was fast and worked well.
