Before travelling to the apartment, we received notice from the owner explaining how to get there. Although we didn't meet in person, we felt welcome already. The arrival was as expected and the apartment was very clean and comfy. Especially the deep pile carpet was pleasant to walk on. The kitchen came with all appliances and we cooked both dinner as an all English breakfast ourselves. A convenience store was conveniently just around the corner. The evening before visiting the Harry Potter studio by foot, we watched one of the films upping the anticipation.

We loved the Harry Potter theme and the kids particularly enjoyed the DVDs of all 8 Harry Potter movies provided. They did a movie marathon of the 8 Harry Potter DVDs over 2 nights. The house was also clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and clean.

Joe the receptionist was very welcoming and efficient. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very well located for our stay. We have discussed staying there again when we go to London again. Ample free car parking was a bonus too. The breakfast was good. We were given extra towels when requested and the room was cleaned efficiently.

A well located hotel for getting into London. Staff always friendly and professional. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good. Bar snacks and restaurant are also good. Plenty of safe, free parking. Will definitely return for more stays.

Beautiful grounds (which could be fabulous with some tlc) and historic building with lots of free parking, our room (which was in the newer extension) was clean with large comfortable bed, very nice friendly lady on reception when we left

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of car parking. It's relatively quiet too which suits me nicely. Staff are friendly and welcoming and mid week prices are affordable.

The location is very good for getting to Stanmore Tube and to visit Wembley which was the purpose of our stay. Very pretty, historical building and excellent location. Good car park and very peaceful setting. Good breakfast in a beautiful room. Beautiful gardens and nice giant chess board! Nicely maintained flower bed in main garden. Great parking.
