Loved that you can walk straight into miles of bird life and nature (and to Southwold) from the garden. The outdoors with its many tables and chairs was wonderful. The room was delightful, separate from the pub and car park, with gorgeous views and quiet stillness. The pub has lots of choice beers (mostly Adnams) and other drinks and restaurant food. This inn is sited on the banks of the river with splendid views from the garden and the guest accommodation. Our room had plenty of space and was separate from the main building and reached by a short level walk across the private parking area.
