My stay was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing, which made the experience even more pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was in perfect condition—very clean and seemed newly renovated. The instructions to access the house were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My wife and I only had one night's stay in Preston. However we were fortunate to have booked to stay at East Cliff, and we had a very nice visit. East Cliff was different from the other 28 accommodation places we have stayed in on our current trip around Europe and the UK. It is more of a traditional bed and breakfast in a beautifully renovated home. David, the host, was very helpful in terms of communication and directions. He allowed us to check in early to fit in with our arrival by train. David lives in the home and he welcomes just a few guests at a time. In our case, one other guest, who had stayed previously. It was good to be able to interact with this guest, and our host. We were delighted with the excellent accommodation, which included a filling breakfast in the morning. To top it off David even cooked and packed us some extra pastries to take with us on our onward journey. He is a genuinely caring and helpful host. David shared suggestions on places to visit during our short stay. East Cliff is handy to the Preston railway station, as well the town centre, restaurants, shops, parks, etc. We definitely recommend East Cliff if you plan to visit Preston.

Lovely marina views and a spotless apartment. The host, Asif, was instantly at hand to answer any questions we had about nearby places to eat, which made our stay even easier. A lovely place, and we will definitely stay again! Jazak!

The property was in a great location for us to visit our daughter’s house. There is also a pub a 10 minute walk from the property which served nice reasonably priced food. The host also went the extra mile by leaving us some treats on arrival which was a lovely touch. Property was very clean and had a homely feel. Host responded quickly when we had any enquiries.

Great apartment in a lovely location. The apartment was very well presented and clean with good facilities. Located right next to the marina so nice views out the windows and access to walks around the water. Also very quiet. A 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to a local supermarket but also a handy cafe, bus stops and other services. We also walked into the town centre, about 35 minutes.

    Very easy to find even in the dark and parking was easy. The staff were fabulous, very welcoming. The evening meal was good. We both enjoyed the friendly pub atmosphere, which wasn't loud. The room was great too with a large TV. A couple of chairs would have been a good addition. We would stay there again.
