Welcoming hosts, very attentive and friendly. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed (no plastic undersheet thankfully, I find them most uncomfortable). Monsieur recommended a local restaurant which was very traditional and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent, crepes made with Calvados, homemade confiture, cheese and fresh bread plus some small cakes somewhat like madeleines (I think they were called called “financiers“). On the morning of our departure we were invited to pick walnuts from the tree in the garden, which we promptly did. Plastic bags were even supplied! When we returned home the walnuts were dried and they were absolutely delicious. Thoroughly recommend this establishment.

The location is excellent, close to a lot of interesting sights (Le Mont St. Michel, D-Day Beaches, Cherbourg, Cap de Carteret - just keep in mind that you'll definitely need a car here). The house and the garden are stunning, lying in a beautiful valley, a tranquil place where you can easily relax. The rooms are awesome, calm and have all the necessary amenities, the beds are comfortable, every detail is so stylish and perfectly clean. And we couldn't wish for better hosts than Steven and Cristoph! They are extremely kind and helpful, providing us with all the help and information we needed for exploring the region. Breakfasts were wonderful - I have diabetes, but the guys did their best to get me plenty of healthy and delicious food. Such a magical place, no matter if you are looking for a relaxing or an adventurous holiday, we highly recommend to choose La Thérèsienne! Hopefully we can come back soon, too!

We spent two days here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is exceptionally well equipped and offers everything you might need. The peaceful countryside setting provides a truly relaxing atmosphere, and while the beach is around an hour’s drive away, the surrounding area is equally charming and quiet. We were greeted by the owners, the house is very large so our rooms and living area were equally spacious. We had cycled 5hrs that day, the owners had cold beers available, which we enjoyed on the patio Rooms are immaculate with good showers Breakfast is great A lot of thought and work has been a major factor in such a lovely B&B
