We were welcomed with open arms at the property. There are many charming corners in the yard to sit and relax. The room is designed beautifully and well equipped. Our breakfast in the morning was fresh and yummy with fruits, selfmade yogurt, bread, cereals and baked goods. The coffee was outstanding. It‘s only a short ride with the bike or the car to the salt fields. We heavily recommend L‘effet mer!

If you are looking for the real Camargue, take a vacation here. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the western Camargue, around Mas Constantin you will find what the Camargue is all about. Rice fields, Etangs, farms and sea salt production. Frédéric and his wife are warm hosts with many tips that let you discover the real Camargue off the beaten path. You can feel that they have their feet on the ground in the many details of Mas Constantin. In the exterior and interior some furniture made by themselves. On the walls hang the dates for the next bullfights in the nearby Salin de Giraud. On request, both prepare a delicious breakfast, or organize everything from bicycles to a visit to a manade, which is part of a visit to the Camargue. If you want to go to the beach, you can reach Piemanson beach in 12 minutes. On the way you can explore the original Salin of the Giraud and the sea salt production located there.

I know I sent feedback all about the beautiful room, the amazing meals served in the restaurant AND breakfast plus the incredible effort our hostess went to to arrange for a taxi-van to pick us up the next morning. we will be forever grateful. I did send a very long commendation about this hotel/restaurant and I'm very sorry if you didn't receive it. I definitely sent it. Again many many thanks. This accommodation & restaurant is perfect especially if you're a cyclist and want to visit Napoleon beach after riding the Rhone cycle route,
