Friendly owner, comfortable and pleasantly-decorated room. The room was on a road, but it wasn't loud at all. It wasn't near anything particularly interesting in terms of sightseeing, but we just needed a place to stay for a night so it was fine.

We had an amazing stay in the Chambre d'hote. The bedroom was very clean and welcoming and comfortable. Everything was great, but especially the hospitality of Valerie is something to come back for. She is such a warm and inviting person and makes a lovely breakfast. There's a lot of history in the surrounding areas, and it is certainly worth a visit. Thanks for everything, Valerie!

The room was lovely and plenty big enough for my family of 4. There was a little kitchenette so we could get some ready meals for our dinner and warm them in the microwave. Christine was really welcoming and the breakfast was lovely with fresh pastries :)

After a warm welcome, our hostess Carole took excellent care of us the whole week! The long history of this estate is unbelievable and she told us all about it with wonderful visual proof of photos and articles. Our (family)room 'Mozart' was lovely and very spacious. The room is facing north to the very busy crossing of three mainroads with heavy traffic but it didn't really disturb us. We enjoyed the lovely French breakfast to the music of Mozart (who stayed here at the age of 7!), of course, and Carole's home-made jams, baking and fresh figs were the best! She also gave us great tips and all the information about the sights worth visiting and also about the restaurants in the area. We drove through beautiful small villages (always avoiding motorway) and saw some excellent art at 'La Piscine' and 'Louvre-Lens' and some gorgeous architecture like 'Villa Cavrois' and 'Familistère Guise'. Relaxing and fantastic holiday! À la prochaine!
