The treatment for pets is nothing short of amazing, and that alone makes them deserving of 5 stars. However, during check-in yesterday around 19:45, the man at the desk was not appealing at all. He wore a very fake smile and showed no patience. In contrast, the man who assisted us during checkout was super friendly, helpful, and nice. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Apartamento Azabache is located in the Romareda district of Zaragoza, 3.9 km from Roman Forum, 5 km from El Ebro and 5.5 km from Expo Zaragoza 2008.

-Great location - 5 minutes walk to a large park, 5 minutes to the tram stop. 10 minutes to the city center by car, or 20 minutes by tram, including walking to the stop and waiting for the tram. -The apartment fully met expectations - clean, well renovated, air conditioning, two full bathrooms, comfortable beds and everything you need for your stay - dishes, appliances, etc. -It is difficult to find accommodation with normal parking in Zaragoza. Here this issue is also well solved - paid parking is located 1-2 min. walk away, there are no problems with maneuvering and finding free spaces. -It is easy to get the keys - when we were near the apartments, I called the owner and she opened the door remotely. -I also want to separately mention the owner of the accommodation - she is wonderful. First, she provided detailed instructions about parking, and about all the main aspects of the accommodation - keys, wi-fi, air conditioning. She also left us a bottle of water and cookies. There were plenty of capsules for the coffee machine, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, etc.

Very cosy apartment, fitted with everything what is needed. For us, travelling with 2.5y.o. kid it was nice that apartment was clean, there were no noise, so naps were not interrupted, kitchen had all utensils for quick cooking. Checking/checkout instructions were perfectly detailed. Central location and garage are great, garage parking lot is a bit short, my 5m car was about 50cm out of it, but it doesn’t cause any issues.
