The house is amazing. You have a view of the beautiful lagoon in Valencia and also a view of the sea. Additionally, the house has been decorated beautifully, coffee machine, comfy sofas, TV, broadband, etc. Even in the most hot days we were feeling cooled in there just by opening the windows. The host was incredibly polite and he was able to accommodate our stay and make it a bit longer. I'll definitely stay over there again, really recommended.

Our group of nine had a fantastic stay at Dorm4You Arena 2 Apartments in Valencia. The apartments were modern, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important during the hot summer days. The location was also a big plus – there's a bus stop right in front of the building, so it was very easy to get to both the city center and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and comfortable. We highly recommend Dorm4You Arena 2 to anyone visiting Valencia, especially larger groups. We’d definitely stay here again!

The B&B's location was an easy access to the local attractions, loop bus stops and restaurants. The reception is open 24hours and the receptionist is helpful in providing directions. What made my stay even more enjoyable is the free 24hour coffee dispenserand that we are able to occupy our room earlier than expected. Superb!

Perfect for what we wanted, which was to be close to Valencia airport (30mins drive) and free parking (there were lots of spaces surrounding the hotel). Staff were very friendly/ welcoming, rooms were very clean and it was nice they had a coffee dispenser machine in the reception area and you could also get beer on tap. Definitely recommend if you're just looking for convenience/ if you're driving/ looking to stay somewhere near the airport for a budget price.

Great for a one night stay. Our room smelled smoke/sigarette and we told the receptionist. They was sorry and we got upgraded to another room. comfortable beds and easy free parking. very friendly staff.
