This B&B is beyond fantastic as is Gemma and the effort she pours in to making sure guests are happy. I wish more hosts were like her. The house had suffered a flood due to a storm and she moved heaven and earth to get the new room up and running, where we stayed. Breakfast was yummy, views, pool and location amazing. Secure parking was a relief as car full with luggage and my mobility scooter on our way to Denia area. Gemma thinks of every detail including little gifts as a welcome. As for the woman that reviewed it's unsuitable for mobility issues; I am disabled and found the terrain absolutely fine. Gemma sent a video prior showing the steps around, so I could decide if manageable for my needs and is so helpful with everything. Thank you Gemma for a wonderful stay and we'll be back. Breakfast was really good. Check in was easy, bed super comfy too with good pillows. Had plenty of room to put things aswell. Its a quiet spot with little through traffic.

We were a small school party of three students and three teachers. The property was large enough to give everyone there own space but also so many areas for group or smaller communication with three balconies and also a bbq area as well as the swimming pool surrounds. There were also two lounges. There was a small gym as well so ample things for the students to occupy their selves whilst we relaxed after our trips into Barcelona, only 20 minutes drive if timed right. A waterpark was only 10 minutes away and a large supermarket again a couple of minutes away. The hosts are amazing and communication with them was first class.

We like everything about this place, but mostly the people. Carmen and Miguel are lovely couple, they were so hospitable and always tried to help. We stayed with 6 months old baby and they even propose us baby bath tube with toys. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for comfort stay - enough towels, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, beach umbrellas and even sunscreen lotion.

This was a super property & location for a family holiday. 25-30min train ride (trains every 10-20mins) to the centre of Barcelona for sight-seeing or stay local for relaxing days by the pool. There was a supermarket a 2 min walk away, also with indoor market stalls and a cafe selling meals, smoothies and ice cream. On arrival, the owner met us with keys and was very helpful with local information & also in kindly booking us a larger taxi for airport transfer. The property has a lift which was a luxury, especially for moving suitcases up/down floors. Beach towels were also provided for our stay. Communication was excellent with the owner who even provided chilled beers for our arrival 🌟

    This beautiful house looks just as amazing as in the photos and is a great experience in itself when visiting the area, it is family run and everyone goes the extra mile for ensuring you have a good stay. Some activities such as yoga for guests on some days also which helps you meet people when travelling solo. Great Wi-Fi and very peaceful, couldn’t have asked for better. There is also plenty of parking.

    The host was just exceptional, she gave us amazing tips for restaurants and interesting places. As we arrived quite late, she was so nice to buy stuff for breakfast for us! Thanks again for that! The view from the terrace was just fantastic! We could sleep really well, it was calm and silent at night and there was a convenient parking space at the location. There's a bus station just 5 minutes (by car) from the property and you can get to central Barcelona in 25 minutes with the local bus, which was just convenient and great.
