Booked very last minute but the host was so helpful and accommodating. it's located in a nice neighborhood and the building is very modern with secure parking for our motorcycle. This is behind a high gate and electric fence. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The shower is lovely and hot and high pressure, one of the best we've had in Ecuador. It was only an overnight stop for us but it was very restful. Only feedback would be the checkout time is early at 10am. Most our at least 11am. Also it's needs some thicker curtains in the bedrooms as the street lights remain on all night.

The owner Franco is excellent, he went above and beyond to make sure his quest have a comfortable stay. Always making sure that you are comfortable and happy. the property and room our outstanding. The property is very close to the central square. I would highly recommend staying here when you are in Cuenca.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Victoria in Cuenca for six nights, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The breakfast was delightful. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. They are incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
