Booked very last minute but the host was so helpful and accommodating. it's located in a nice neighborhood and the building is very modern with secure parking for our motorcycle. This is behind a high gate and electric fence. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The shower is lovely and hot and high pressure, one of the best we've had in Ecuador. It was only an overnight stop for us but it was very restful. Only feedback would be the checkout time is early at 10am. Most our at least 11am. Also it's needs some thicker curtains in the bedrooms as the street lights remain on all night.

Suite Le Fabrique far exceeded our expectations. From the owners reaching out the morning of our stay to him waiting with us while waiting for our driver, there was no stone unturned. The property is a gem in the middle of historic Cuenca. We have lived in Cuenca for five years, and though the Hostel opened in 2021, we have passed it on foot and on the tram too many times to count. We will pass it no more. It will be our go to property when we need a few days, or even a few weeks of temporary accommodations. This is where we will send friends and visitors from out of town to stay. Also, the only time that I have as much value for money, in a hotel, is when someone else was paying for first class digs. Contact Franco for your hotel needs in Cuenca. Very central location to the churches, main square and restaurant. Short walk to museums and the riverwalk. Breakfast was top notch every morning. Wifi was dependable and pretty fast. Maybe 15-20 mbps on a speed test. From reading the reviews I was worried about the creaky floor noise but it didn't bother me. The rooms had lots of space to spread out, included a luggage rack and even a little wine fridge. Showers were hot and had shampoo and conditioner dispensers.

There was a good variety of foods for the breakfasts, fresh fruits, eggs, local Cuenca dish, breads and specialty rolls as well as granola and oats. Milk, yougert juice water and coffee. Staff were excellent and very friendly.
