Quick wifi, and a decent kitchenette which was perfect for one person - enough cutlery, plates, pans etc.. For those that can walk slightly longer distances, perfectly located for an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens and museums on the University, but if not, only a short drive (less than 10 minutes) into the city centre.
