Everything was great! The place is fantastic, located in the perfect spot to explore the black forest and the Colmar area. You open your window and see picturesque church, fields and mountains, you cannot believe it! Michael, the host, is a unique person, one of a kind! It is a beautiful property set in a majestic landscape. The room was beautiful with an extraordinary view of the valley below. Our room was modern and very clean with a lovely balcony to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. The pool facilities were great and the hotel lets you “book” 30 minute slots for the pool (due to Covid), however, this worked perfectly for us, as it made it feel as if it was our own private pool area. Finally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short or long stay.

    Nice location with parking on site Lovely terrace outside our room with stunning view Immaculate and spacious room (we had a deluxe double) Access to pool and sauna was a nice treat at the end of a long day of hiking! Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options Staff were friendly and helpful at all times Dinner at the on-site restaurant was very tasty with good range of wine options
