The location is just great, and a parking slot is just around the corner. The closest 24/7 tank station is 15 min. walk, and there are plenty of cute restaurants nearby. The hot water is HOT in 3 seconds, and it is really hot - they do not economize on this as many in Western Europe do. The town is lovely, and especially the river acts like another road - it is so close to the surface and so civilized and under control. The houses are well known, but I would recommend checking the "Fisch-Kisten" - a unique and smart keep-alive fridge in the river ;-)
