The premises was immaculately clean. At first when I entered my room, it smelled cleanliness. I don't mean detergents, but cleanliness. Location is very good. Just 5 minutes walk away from the cathedral. Breakfast was amazing with all varieties. There were vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options.

The instructions to reach the hotel and parking area (because the usual access had been closed) were clear and a member of staff met us as promised. Our room was nicely furnished and had a welcome fan as the weather was very warm. The hotel is located just off the central square and places of interest are within easy walking distance. There is an excellent Italian restaurant which is part of the hotel. We were really impressed by the choice of dishes, the quality of service and the deliciousness of the food and wine. The breakfast selection is good with the option of freshly cooked scrambled or fried eggs. The chairs in the restaurant are really comfortable and deserve a mention. The duty manager was particularly helpful but all the staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly.
