We had an amazing time with lovely Leo and all the staff .They made us gorgeous breakfasts every morning and helped us book tours. The night time frog tour was magical. We slept very well in the cosy beds and he was very quiet. Beautiful scenery and views of the volcano. It is worth having a car. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable and clean stay. Rooms are large, gardens are beautiful and the pool area is very nice. Eugenia was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Hotel is close to many restaurants and central for many activities around Arenal.

The location close to the volcano was amazing. The swimming pool and heated jacuzzi were top notch, and accessing them through a hanging bridge was an awesome experience. The room was also very nice.

    Great location in the middle of the town, off street free parking, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Staff were friendly, able to book activities at the desk. Room was spacious and clean with AC- looks the same as the photos. Nice communal area with hammocks in the shade. The rooms upstairs had a morning view of the volcano! :)

    Fantastic location and very quiet. Walkable to restaurants and shops, and tours pick up from reception or there is plenty of off street parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Great breakfast in a nice area around the pool with view of volcano. Really pleasant vibe and feels like you're not in the centre of the town. Use of Volcano lodge hot pools was an added bonus.

    The view from the room was stunning, Arenal volcano framed by the jungle around it. Room was its own little house on the hill, felt very private. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mistico hanging bridges are right across the parking lot from the hotel, very convenient.

    - Super friendly owner and employees - The Cabanas have a lot of space inside and we liked the parking lot in front of the rooms a lot - Nice place for breakfast and the jungle in the backyard (you can feel that the team wants to bring the Costa Rican nature to every visitor) - Amazing breakfast - it tastes like pure love
