This place was amazing. The workers were very friendly and attentive, and the resort itself is beautiful. They also do an amazing job with the landscaping, so you feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle. The food was great and we loved the coffee hour and banana bread! We also did the coffee farm tour, which was amazing! The tour guide was so knowledgeable and talked a lot about their sustainable farming practices.

Susan was a really good host! She made a fresh Bread by herself and recommendet us good Restaurants nearby(Ubereats). She was very friendly and it was perfect, after 12 hour flight. Bathroom was excellent.

We just stayed one night on our way from the caribean side to Monteverde and did not expect to stay in such an exceptional accomodation. The owners were very welcoming, served a tasty healthy breakfast personally in their beautiful villa with so much history. We spent a wonderful morning in the lovely big garden with many birds and their nice and well educated dogs. We can recommend this very special amiable apartments.

A very special place. Cozy and well equipped, with a beautiful atmosphere up in the tree and with a great view. On the property there is a butterfly house that we could visit, too. Magical!
