We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. He also helped us arrange taxis and took the time to explain what to see in the city. Thanks to his recommendations, we truly enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Thanks to the owner gave us the most reasonable route advice, Zhangjiajie had a great time. The hotel rooms are comfortable, the restaurant meals are delicious, the breakfast is rich in content, the self-service laundry is very convenient, and it is too much needed to come back from climbing mountains!

We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!

Everything! The location in a quiet rural area, jungle view, pool, balcony, careful decorationss, possibility to order food made by locals for dinner. Big thanks to English speaking stuff. To Linda for her patience with helping to plan my itinerary before my arrival. To Tiffany during my stay for advices, online support on WeChat during my trips out of the property and for waking up early on my departure day!
