Accomodation is a short walking distance (10min tops) away from bus station for Wulingyuan park and cablecar for Tianmen mountain. It's situated in a small picturesque street filled with tiny family hotels and street vendors selling everything from food to souvenirs. By far the biggest upside is hotel manager Rainbow who is the most helpful and kind person we encountered during our trip. Her english is really good and she's happy to help with all the questions you may find. Even if she can't help you right away, she'll do research on the spot and find the answers. She will provide you with a map of both Wulingyuan and Tianmen and explain all the route options and their cost. You will never feel lost with Rainbow in your wechat contacts.

Had an excellent time during my stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. Staff is also friendly and helpful, as they provided me explanation on how to make my way through Tianmenshan and Zhangjiajie National Park (Avatar Mountains) and I was picked up and dropped of at the airport. They also provided delicious food. The location is ideal, as it’s close to both the airport and Tianmenshan. Would definitely stay here again. (The quality of the photos is not so good as I took a video, but Booking won’t let me upload this)

It was very cozy hotel. The owner picked us in airport and provided all full information about mountains, tickets and even food delivery. We felt like we were at home, it was warm hospitality, full information support, ticket providing and yes, very tasty breakfast. The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly people I even know. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel. One more bonus: there birds sing song in early morning what made your morning magical.

Excellent service from Lucian. Our flight was delayed until after midnight, and he stayed up to arrange transportation for us and check us in, and then arranged tickets for us for the following morning for Tianmen Mountain and gave us excellent advice on how best to do it. It’s very convenient to the cable car station, and has a really lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family. All the staff members tried to do their best to make us feel comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds in the family room! Also, this hotel is located in the center of the city and Starbucks, KFC, and McDonald's are within walking distance. I strongly recommended this hotel!

10/10- Amazing stay near the airport with fantastic hospitality!​​ This B&B is perfect if you need easy access to the airport—just minutes away! The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. The room was beautiful, with lovely local touches that made our stay extra special. This hostel is amazing! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hostel as a solo female traveler! The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. It's truly excellent value for money. My bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. Having lockers inside the room was a huge plus for security and peace of mind. A really nice touch upon arrival was receiving shower gel, toilet paper, slippers, and a toothbrush – perfect when you're trying to pack light! What really stood out was their understanding of female travelers' needs. During an unexpected situation, I found myself without essential feminine hygiene products. I hesitantly asked a female staff member if they had any available for purchase or if she knew where I could get some nearby. To my immense relief and appreciation, she discreetly provided me with what I needed free of charge. Overall, I felt very safe, respected, and well taken care of here. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I recommend this hostel highly enough to other women traveling alone.
