Excellent hospitality from my entry till my departure to train station. Very professional & efficient check in which is quite stand out even compare to other hotels i went locally , HK & overseas. Well decorated & equipped guest room. Spacious & all provisions in good condition, only setback is wardrobe space not sufficient enough for 2 pp & the faucet /shower arrangement not user friendly for elderly guests. Other than that, all is top notch to me. Furthermore, unaware afternoon tea is offered upon our arrival which is good that we could have a quick & elegant tea then just out for sightseeing relaxingly. 1 things must be mentioned that the concierge guy( sorry that didn’t asked his name) serving us from entry to the hotel till called cab for us on departure which is very helpful, sincere & professional , excellent representative for this Langham in Shanghai !

The hotel was perfect, the location was just off Nanjing Road and within a few minutes of walking to the nearest metro station. The staff and cleaners were also very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will probably stay here the next time I visit.

The staff were warm, professional, and did everything possible to make our vacation perfect The cleanliness was outstanding, and the rooms were very comfortable We celebrated our wedding anniversary and were gifted breakfast for four, a hot dinner, and afternoon refreshments, along with treats in the room and a beautiful flower bouquet Free laundry service! Our clothes were returned to the room the same day, freshly cleaned The hotel is very quiet, easy to get around from, and the staff were constantly smiling—both in the lobby and the dining room—always creating a wonderful atmosphere, even though some of them didn’t speak English and we communicated through a translation app Many hotels around the world could learn from you about true guest service. Thank you to the entire team—we had a wonderful stay

This definitely deserves a full ten-star rating! From the very beginning of contact, I felt nothing but professionalism and care. Lemon was really kind and helpful.
