I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the stunning architecture and serene ambiance left a lasting impression. The hotel is perfectly situated if you are looking to get away from the noisy and busy Shanghai city center, offering breathtaking views of the lake—a haven of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms were a highlight of our stay: spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful environment with no disturbances from other guests. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout our visit, and the bed was not only generously sized but also exceptionally clean and comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was another standout feature. As a modern smart bathroom, it offered ample space and functionality, combining luxury with convenience. The breakfast service was outstanding. Each morning, we were treated to an extensive and varied selection of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Despite the busy atmosphere at times, the staff remained friendly, attentive, and highly efficient, ensuring everyone was well looked after. The check-in process was seamless and quick, and we appreciated the multilingual staff, who were proficient in English and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our request for extra bedding without hesitation. Exceeded my expectations! Everything was great. I loved their breakfast, which was buffet style with a lot of fresh cooked choices and traditional Chinese foods as well as western foods. The staff were very kind and helpful, had a great small chat with them. The surroundings are beautiful, with a small park within the hotel area, built in traditional Chinese architecture with a small waterfall, koi fish pond, many small lovely bridges and benches to seat on and enjoy the view and sounds. The room was beautiful and modern.

I've never seen a hotel like this before! 🤯 The Shanghai Heyi Tang Hotel. 🏨 I stayed at the Pudong branch during a business trip to Shanghai and also brought my family along for a trip. Considering it would be convenient for taking care of the kids, I wanted to book a hotel that provided scenic - spot pick - up services when making the reservation. 🚥 After doing some online research, I found that the Shanghai Heyi Tang Hotel not only offers pick - up and drop - off services at Pudong Airport but also for five popular scenic spots 🗺— Disneyland, Haichang Ocean Park, Planetarium, Wild Animal Park, and Yaoxue Ice and Snow World. Our itinerary was for three days and two nights. The free pick - up and drop - off service is just amazing. I didn't have to worry about transportation during the trip. And the fact that they even offer midnight snacks at this price! Staying at this hotel is just so convenient! ✌ This is truly the top - notch hotel in Shanghai!!
