The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Specially Alisa made all the efforts to support us in variety of areas, from the room and facilities, operating the laundry corner (I needed help as I don't have WeChat), advise about sites to see and public transportation and always being nice and smiling. Alisa made the difference from ordinary hotel stay to homelike feeling during our stay. Breakfast was good with a lot to choose from Laundry corner was very useful with self service laundry and dryer machines

Very helpful and friendly staff (even helped me order food ) . Room was nice and modern. Location is also good with subway/metro just 10 mins walk and the hotel is very close to Temple of Heaven which is major tourist attraction. Tianmen Square & Forbidden Palace are also not very far by metro. Bonus : There is cute little cafe which turns into a craft beer pub so after your day's activity you can chill there .

I extended the stay because this hotel offered everything I needed. In particular, I want to thank the cleaning lady serving the 12th floor. She left six bottles of water in my room everyday since she learnt that I got cold and coughing - a very kind gesture! Really grateful.

The staff was very accomodating, even helped us get transport for our daytrip to Mutianyu. The room was clean and spacious. Subway was also nearby and shopping mall Livet was right across the road.
