We had a family reunion, for which we booked 6 rooms. The concierge desk was one of the best managed that we have ever experienced. They were well-staffed and were always ready to step in to assist and facilitate with our questions. One particular individual stood out with his professional and managerial acuity, I recall his name is Ace.

The breakfast was great and multi-choice and staff was very friendly and professional, Sally the staff manager in the breakfast always asking if we need any inquiry and help. Thanks to all staff in Hotel reception and concierge.
