Excellent customer service. Maria and Adam are amazing hosts as well as the other guys! Way beyond my expectation.Always ready to help and advise on any activities. Love the picnic room, the lounge, 24/7 tea and coffee, housekeeping ladies and the lovely lady during breakfast greeting us with a smile and if we needed anything. The views were amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped and made cooking easy. There’s also a dishwasher. The bus stop is in front of the stay so that was perfect, especially with all the luggage we had. You could also easily walk to the station. Lukas & Filipa were great hosts. They did not bother us during our stay. All by all great stay and would book again.

I spent one night at Apartment Breithorn in Lauterbrunnen and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—it truly feels like a home away from home. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s a lovely outdoor area perfect for a barbecue. The hosts were incredibly sweet and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for comfort, warmth, and that “at-home” feeling in a breathtaking setting, this is the perfect place.

The Chalet Elza is the perfect accommodation for a hiking and relaxation weekend in the Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken region. The apartment is very cozy and perfectly equipped (it even has a sauna). The owners of the apartment Dave and Patricia are also incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with plenty of information in advance, lit the fireplace before our arrival upon request, and even helped us with our luggage when we arrived. We will definitely come back!

The apartment is great and well equipped. The location is great with an amazing view. We had a great stay and we do recommend this accommodation! The owner was very kind and reactive by WhatsApp. We even had the possibility to leave our luggages to enjoy a last tour before getting our train.

We loved the vibe and the location — such a beautiful spot! Honestly, when we first booked, we were a bit unsure because there wasn’t a private bathroom. But we really wanted to see Lauterbrunnen, so we went for it — and we’re so glad we did! Turns out, we had nothing to worry about. The bathrooms were super clean and well-maintained, and everyone at the hostel was respectful and chill. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we’re ever back in the area!

    The hotel is walking distance from the cable car station that connects to Murren, Gimmelwald Brig etc. Free parking makes it convenient to access Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen etc. Breakfast buffet was very good and service is excellent overall.

    Fantastic breakfast. Perfect dinner. Amazing location and atmosphere of the place. Breathtaking view from the window. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Large free parking -- we were 40 motorbikes. Quiet rooms. The sound of the waterfall.

    Family room with a balcony accessible from the hall was an excellent and unexpected benefit - overseeing the mountains and the waterfalls over the green trees - amazing with a glass of wine. All was excellent, staff friendly, breakfast, location, parking, etc. Lauterbrunnen can get crowded, at the end of the valley (here) is much better and a great place to start a hike further up pr easy walk down the valley. For families with kids - it's calm and peaceful.
