I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

    The apartment has an unbeatable view of the Lugano landscape and the neighborhood is really quiet. The apartment is well equipped with toiletries, quality kitchenware (great knives!), tea and coffee, toys, etc. The communication with the manager was really effective and quick.
