The location is amazing. The fact that we had the panorama pass for free bus rides was perfect for the location. Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.

I love absolutely everything. We arrived after check-in hours and the staff made it so easy for us, so that when we arrived, we would have no problem at all. It is a nice country house, decorated with elegance with a large stylish room, where beds are so comfy and silence is your friend all day and night. It is thought for quality sleep and absolute rest, which is what I expect in all hotels but unfortunately, it is not always like that. Breakfast is so complete and varied; besides, it has quality food, which tastes so well when you have the Alps in front of you.

We just had a fantastic stay here. The room was huge, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare light meals for our family of 3. The location is excellent right by Spiez train station, on-site parking was included and the view is absolutely stunning coming into the driveway. Huge thank you to Bettina who was such an amazing host. She went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended, we look forward to staying here again next time we visit!

Although it seemed small in the pictures it had everything we needed and was good overall for 4 people. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to cook. The place is very quiet and close to beautiful city Thun.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The room was cozy and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to our questions.

Every things were good. The owner was lovely and made 3 of us's heart touchable. She arrange everything very details. The toilet had everything you need, toothpaste , toothbrush, facial tissue, lady's things ...., the sitting room had several kinds of snacks, the refrigerator had milks and water, the dinner table had apples. I went to many apartments all over the world. Not one had done so details and not just counting the money. The apartment had free parking in front. I highly recommend everyone has car to book this apartment.

I want to say that we enjoyed every moment of our stay at the villa . Perfect villa..location by the lake with access to the lake ...garden and parking. High level of privacy. Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. The villa contains all the necessary equipment Large spacious rooms Several showers and toilets Comfortable beds Kitchen with all equipment TV washing machine everything The villa is located in a small village Everything is accessible and close to attractions This is the most beautiful villa we have ever lived in I would love to come back again on future trips to Switzerland. Beds and pillows were super comfy! We took the train to Spiez and were going to take the bus to Faulensee but glad we decided to walk as the walk along the lake was stunning and didn’t take long.

Our stay at this property was exceptional by all means, the view from the spacious balcony and the living room on lake Thun is magical. The flat is refurbished recently and everything is new. The host Della and her family are very friendly and accommodating and go beyond the norms to make the stay comfortable. We will definitely like to come again and stay in the same place.
