Zaneda was super friendly. She even helped us carrying the luggage upstairs and covered our car window we forgot open on a rainy night. Accommodation is clean with a well equipped kitchen and family friendly. Can only recommend

Everything. The mountain view was so beautiful, the room was clean and everyday the staff will do the cleaning, the breakfast was so good especially the omelette. The front desk staff was very friendly and approachable, this hotel even had complimentary drinks and welcome fruits.

The host was exceptionally accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful, showing a warm and friendly nature throughout my stay. Nice room, plenty of storage space, bed was very comfortable, it was very clean, we shared a shower room but this was not a problem, we never had to wait to use it, the shower was very clean and a good spray . Stefan the owner made us feel very welcome, he made us food even though we arrived quite late, the food was very good and good size portions. In the morning we had a very nice breakfast, Stefan even made us a packed lunch each for our journey on motorcycles to Germany. We would highly recommend staying here, with everywhere in Switzerland being very expensive to stay, this hotel gives you more value for your money. Stefan is really nice guy who you can have a talk with, he is motorcycle friendly, parking is very safe, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks Stefan ❤️
