The most idyllic location imaginable. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The facilities, including free sup & bike use, were excellent. The owners showed the utmost hospitality during the absolutely divine breakfast. The best hotel I’ve stayed at, perfect in every way.

We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was exactly as described, if not better! The location is ideal: quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions. Her warmth and hospitality truly made the difference. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back next time!

Perfect location within metres of Lake Lugano. Comfortable and spacious double room with views of the Lake. Cafe just below and a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance Owner very helpful, providing free parking permits and offering free use of bicycles ... wish we had more time to explore! Breakfast wonderful with fruit, yogurts, cheese and meats, pastries and choice of cooked eggs.
