The cottage is very spacious, and yet cosy on a rainy November night. A big comfortable living room with kitchen, an excellent modern bathroom, and upstairs a huge bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped and I very much appreciated the offered drinks in the fridge! The location is very quiet, in a fine park-like neighbourhood. I attended an event at Wijnegem, for which the location at Schilde was perfect. Pity I couldn’t stay more than one night!

Patty is a great host, she gave me a warm welcome. She was always available and helped me with few requests. It was really nice to find some chocolate and a bottle of wine at my arrival! The apartment was very clean and in a good position (near Brasschaat centre). The nearby is beautiful and very calm, lots of green around, safe even during the evening. Easy to move by walk or bike. Bus stop for Antwerp is available in ten minutes by walk. Whenever I need to stay in Brasschaat again I'll book this nice apartment!

Excellent communication, calm neighbourhood, comfortable parking, the apartment was of good size for 5. Price is well balanced for what we got and the place excelled many other options in the "looks like home" criterion. We may have to visit Antwerp again next year and the place would definitely be on the shortlist.
