If you looking for time off in the mountains, there is no better place. You will feel like at home with Zaur and Anura (thank you guys!) and the surrounding mountains are surreal. We enjoyed our time in Xinaliq with kids.

I really enjoyed my stay in the village and with the host. I recommend going to this place and staying for a while. Life is rougher here and people live a simpler lifestyle. But you have everything you need for accommodation: toilet and shower, running hot water, sockets and WiFi. Although the village was without electricity on the day of our arrival, the host turned on the diesel generator so that we had all the comforts. The food was also very good, both breakfast and dinner. The host was prompt, we even arranged a transfer from Quba and back to the city with him.

If you go to Azerbaijan make sure a visit to Xinaliq, and a stay with the beautiful family at Izzet’s is top of your list. Everything is amazing from the scenery, food, family time, milking the cow, making cheese, having your own tour of the museum by Izzet the historian, meeting the local villagers - it’s all amazing!!! Izzets dad is so much fun and took us all over the Village to get a locals view of everything. We extended our stay to 4 nights as we loved things so much. It was so sad to leave. Thank you Izzet and family for being so welcoming and sharing your piece of paradise with us. We will be back!

A world class 4 star hotel. I think this one of the best hotel in Azerbaijan. We stayed here in late April, so the skiing season was already over but we enjoyed the beautiful spring scenery of these majestic mountains. We hiked from the nearby village of Kuzun to the village of Laza : just wonderful (the hotel can arrange a taxi to get back). The hotel itself is new, huge, and perfectly maintened, as for the rooms. The spa and the indoor pool are fantastic. Turkish bath and sauna are gender separated, so remember to book the 1 hour VIP Spa if you want to enjoy it in privacy with your partner or your friends. The restaurant and the breakfast were both super !

Super location with Ski-in-Ski-out. Which made our staying very comfortable. Room was clean and cozy. Eager to help and hospitable staff. We used laundry service which was done perfectly( almost spoiled badly stained jacket was well covered) Very good restaurant with delicious variety of dishes. Nice spa spacious area was just great for after skiing day relaxation.

The facility was prepped, the house, pool and bathroom rack - everything pre- heated based on late check in Time. There was a warm old lady to cook and an old security guard for care taking. Near by markets to get basics and cook by ourselves.
