This place felt like true luxury from beginning to end. We stayed for four days and it was the highlight of our trip in Austria! Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff Top-notch guest facilities with attention to every detail Incredible spa area with breathtaking views over the valley Great restaurant with excellent food Outdoor relaxation areas, indoor playground, and a well-equipped gym Very children-friendly: our 3-year-old loved the heated indoor & outdoor swimming pools and the play areas — we all felt very welcome Perfect location for exploring all of Stubai Valley Truly pampering atmosphere – relaxing, comfortable, and memorable It’s beyond words how much it added to our stay. Absolutely worth it – for the spa, the staff, the location, the child-friendliness, and the unique experience. We’re so glad we found it and can only recommend it!

The friendless of the property owners. I was given a hearty welcome. They owner’s conversed with me very openly. They had a very delightful dinner menu and a excellent breakfast with a large variety of food items that you rarely see elsewhere. Breakfast, lots of variety. Eggs cooked to order included pancakes, waffles, omelettes Extra things that showed care e.g. daily information re what was happening in the hotel, area, weather forecast; glass of wine on arrival; friendly staff who were able to give us important information about the area e.g. use of the Stubai supercard Our room had a lovely view of the Elfer Spitze. The balcony had a sunshade as well as table and chairs. Fridge in the room.
