We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. This accomodation is the most beautiful accomodation I have ever stayed at. The lodge is beautiful with high quality materials right through. From the moment we walked in we felt at home and felt we stayed somewhere tranquil and very special. The sauna and pool area are of top quality and sparky clean. It was just what we all needed after a day of skiing. The breakfasts each morning were beautiful full of all healthy and fresh foods. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our barman/waiter Yarrow was an absolute gentleman and delight. He remembered all our names and was always ready to serve us the best drinks in a warm and friendly manner. Such a great person. Anna was also helpful and friendly. She also made the best goulash we had ever eaten. We’ll definitely be back one day. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday to Wagrain so special.

Very friendly staff, great facilities for adults and for kids alike. Nice property and surroundings. The kids had days of fun in the play area (bowling, trampoline, gymnasium for basketball, soccer,...; movies, PS3, pool billard,...), as well as at the indoor pool and on the well kept outside soccer field. The owners offered trail running and archery. Great breakfast with very friendly and quick service. Upgrade upon arrival into the PH1 which has a great size and modern interior design. Roof terrace with nice views of the surrounding mountains.

Very well equipped apartment with sauna. Perfectly clean, extremely,sly nice staff. Very close to the skiing area either by public bus or car. All you need for a great week of skiing or hiking. Great landscape and location.
