Location: located just next to the cycle path, perfect to make a short stop on the trip around the Bodensee. They're is a port and beach in that area. Very quiet and relaxing. Room: it is the room in the same building where the owner lives. Extremely clean. There is a kitchen and a washing machine - a good option for longer stays. My only suggestion would be to include the tax in the apartment price. It's not a problem to pay €1.20/day extra but it needs to be cash.

Everything, place is flawless, the decor, the wellness and spa areas, the lake house & swimming/sun deck. The food in the restaurant & breakfast selection top class. Parking very easy, check-in also very easy. Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

Everything about the apartment was absolutely perfect to the extent that it is not easy to describe with words how amazing our stay was. Beautiful view through the big windows, sound of water from a stream just outside, extremely comfortable bed. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. A dishwasher and a washing machine oven, hob and microwave, but best of all a bean to cup coffee machine. The ground floor Apartment has its own parking and is on a quiet street. A local Spar shop is a two minute walk away and with a car access to the autobahn is easy. Communication from hosts was excellent and they were particularly helpful when our cooking unfortunately set off an alarm in the bathroom ( remember to keep door closed when cooking). The underfloor heating worked well and kept us warm and cosy.
