We stayed in the ground-floor studio with our 1.5-year-old daughter and it was perfect for a family with a small child. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean — the sheets were bright white and everything felt fresh. Very good new hotel. Fresh repair, new equipment and plumbing. There is an air conditioner that works very well. There are all necessary hotel accessories. The owner of the hotel was very kind and ready to help with any question. There was a possibility of flexible check-in and check-out.

It was a beautiful stay. The breakfast was excellent! Gayane was very kind, and so was her husband. She prepared everything homemade and delicious! The place has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and the dining room is adorably decorated. We were very happy to have stayed at this beautiful place. 100% recommendable!

Nice and modern guesthouse owned by a friendly family, 15min walk to city center. The facilities are excellent and very clean, with relaxed outdoor area. The room is big and very comfortable: comfy bed, kettle with coffee and tea, hairdryer, tv and excellent Wi-Fi. The private bathroom is good and clean with nice shower. The breakfast was also very good (with coffee, tea, bread, pancakes and veggies). And you can pay with card // We really enjoyed :)
