The location is stunning. You are sleeping on a cliff's edge and looking out on a beautiful landscape. Whether it is stargazing at night, or enjoying the sunrise. You will not be disapointed. Breakfast was delivered on the porch and just so lovely. Please do not forget to eat at the Cave restaurant by the same owner. And join one of their wild life tours. We just felt so lucky we found this gem and couldn't believe it wasn't fully booked for the coming years.

Mariam was the star of this stay. A wonderful host that shared so much precious insight on Armenian culture, history and traditions. We chatted forever! The property is secluded and quiet which is exactly what we needed. There are a couple of rough patches driving up and the last few meters before the property is a dirt road but don’t let anyone scare you because it’s very easy to reach even with a very low clearance car as our rental. The food prepared for us for both dinner and breakfast was simply amazing. Tasty and earthy and home grown. Too bad we stayed only one night.

Gnishik is literally right at the end of the road, you can go no further, but the Eco Lodge certainly makes the journey worthwhile. The gent who let us in and gave us the keys was very pleasant and helpful and communication before arrival was excellent. It was made clear that the location was remote and that we would have to bring our food and drink with us. This was fine and the shared kitchen was very well equipped. We had a lovely en suite room upstairs with wonderful views from our balcony, especially of the beautiful rose garden in the back garden. We were also lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a problem with the WiFi in the early evening, but it was quickly resolved and worked very well for us after that; not good enough to stream, but perfectly well for browsing, emails, etc. We parked in the drive in front of the Lodge, but there are zero security concerns. If you get the chance to visit, then we strongly suggest that you do. The drive south from Lake Sevan is truly spectacular. The last few kilometres of road were pot holed and slow going, but perfectly accessible if you drive slowly. Overall, this is a wonderful place to enjoy nature and relax and we loved our visit. Very highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, Gohar the owner was so kind to me since I arrived😊 She made a delicious breakfast all for me and I also ask her to prepare a real traditional dinner, basically it was my best dinner in Armenia so far. The cost of the dinner is nothing compared to the experience I lived in a real Armenian family. Gohar with his family runs this guesthouse with heart and passion, trust me if you are in the surroundings LiViTi is the right choice 🫶🇦🇲

The accommodation is wonderful, in a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The room had everything we needed and was tastefully furnished – we felt very comfortable and at home. The guesthouse also offers wine tasting, which is definitely worth trying. I’d also recommend having breakfast in the garden – it’s super cozy, and you might even get some sweet four-legged company.:) We truly loved staying here, highly recommend it to everyone – and a big thank you for everything! :)

It was an amazing experience from the very begginning- the communication with the facility was very quick, they answered all my questions ahead of our stay and we managed to book a dinner and wine tasting as well. The meal was just perfect! Tasty, rich, well prepared with everything you might want from Armenian dinner experience. The wine they make was delicious! If you plan a trip to this region, you should definitely stay with those guys. Eric was great. Rooms are simple, but there is everything you might need, beds comfortable.
