Quite, tranquille place settled in the mountains. Very nice for a family rest. The owner brought us all kinds of toys for the kids (and there is also a sand box). Too bad the speaking languages of the object are only armenian and russian. Only one speaking english was owners granddaughter who was at the property, an extremely polite and nice girl.

Our stay at Hovk Farms was outstanding! From the time we arrived Gevorg arranged and greeted us at the property and showed us around, he was available, should we have required anything. We stayed here from the 18th - 25th June 2025. Everything was clean and presentable throughout. The BBQ, outside fire pit, log burner, sauna and the amazing bathtub was exceptional. Views from inside and outside were just breathtaking and to gaze up at the stars through the huge panoramic skylight windows was just beautiful. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again. Special thanks to Gevorg for his assistance during our stay.

We stayed in a tent. The place is like a little village, near a stream and a forest. Very nice and pleasant hosts. We loved it.

It was so great I came back a second time ! The rooms were hotel standard with the added bonus of having a spacious well-equipped kitchen, if you like to cook ! The staff were friendly and helpful and it felt good knowing the money went into creative education.

The hotel was amazing, we spend two days in very relax mood, it was like haven place, the staff was very helpful specially, Mr., Newark really he is very nice guy every time asking us if we need any help. The hotel was provide a lot of interesting activities like valley ball playing area, fire barbecue area, dancing area and swimming area. Really I am planning to come back soon to the same hotel in coming days and I am recommend the same hotel to my friends and other relatives. This place is awesome, beautifully furnished studio-like apartment for 2 or 4 people with 2 separate rooms. Well equipped kitchen and great balcony. Host was very hospitable and welcoming.
