It is a much better option than a hotel. Apartment has all you need - laundry machine, small kitchen, free wi fi, good security, elevator, place is quiet. Location is great, within a walking distance to the centre.

The employees were all very nice and friendly, the owner gave us everything we asked for and even more, the facilities were clean and accessible, not much noise, a big terrasse and great kitchens at every floor. Location is not far from the center and we could come back walking even late at night, there was always light and someone on the terrasse Maybe the best hostel in town

Amazing hotel and lovely staff. The bandstand in the center of the grounds was brilliant and the general atmosphere of the property was very nice. We also enjoyed the company of our favourite dog Milo. He is a good boy. The landlord was very lovely and friendly and was always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was cozy and modern.

The hotel has opened just a couple months back: freshly furnished, very airy and clean. the restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners a la carte + room service orders. The food is really tasty, the menu combines traditional Armenian flavors and European classics. Magnificent view of the city to enjoy from a cozy fenced hotel area with security, equipped with benches and swings . The room was cool despite the heat outside, so we didn't even have to use the air conditioning. We were feeling adventurous enough to use a mind-blowing, fully functional spiral staircase that leads up to the cliff, about as high as the 9-story building where the property is located. Don't worry, this isn't the only way to get there.

I absolutely like the place - it's a small cozy studio, with hot water, fridge, washing machine and a gas panel. The place is located a little away from the center, but there are buses and taxis can bring you downtown. There are many food shops around, no party places, so it's very quiet. The hosts are very nice, very welcoming, always ready to help
