The location is perfect if you want to escape from the busy city, stay at the lake and enjoy the fresh air. The manager David met us and was very helpful, telling us everything about the location and upcoming events. It was also difficult to organise a taxi to come back, David was ready to find the solution spontaneosly. The food also was very tasty.

This small and very modern hotel set in immaculate grounds is an excellent base for exploring the Dilijan National Park. It offers spotless, very comfortable and naturally lit ensuite rooms with views across a wooded valley. The owners go out of their way to be helpful – we were running late and pre-ordered dinner via WhatsApp having been sent photos of the restaurant menu. The timing of the buffet style breakfast, 09.30hrs is not ideal for early starters (we were on a bird watching tour), but when it is served it is both generous and offers excellent choice. We also ate dinner in the restaurant both nights and the freshly prepared meals are first rate with enormous portions. Perhaps many dishes perhaps are best shared to avoid the sizeable “doggy bag” we took for lunch the next day.

This is a very nice house, you have your own privacy. Everything works well there. Hosts is nice and have good communication. Taxi is not so expensive so don't worry about the distance to Ijevan. There is your own kitchen and bathroom. I recommend it, I had a nice time there. WiFi works well so you can work good also

A clean and cozy house with everything you may need. The place is rather quiet. There is a fire pit next to the house. The host is very friendly. There is a nearby stable that belongs to the host, and he can arrange horseback riding tours in the mountains. I would love to stay here for another day.

The owner was super helpful and friendly though it was hard for us to communicate, he didn’t speak English well and I can’t speak Armenian nor Russian, but he still tried his best to make me feel comfortable.

What a special place! friends loved it, the view is stunning. The Hot tub and the glass ceiling I have never seen in Armenia anywhere else. The nostalgic feeling of watching stars while lying in a bed was really unique.

Very warm rooms (stayed in February). Staff is extremely friendly. Great location (2 minutes to the lake, 15 minutes to a sight). Enormous tasty breakfast.

Comfortable, quiet place on Sevan peninsula. We chose this place as a “base” for trekking around Sevan and Dilijan. The accommodation fitted our purpose perfectly. Staff is very nice and helpful. All good.
