new hotel near the central train station. staff were very friendly, especially the young lady receptionist, rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. coffee, tea and kettle in the room was a bonus. walking distance to metro, if you are not looking for a hotel in the historical center and you are fine with 10 mins walk to the metro station. you should seriously consider this hotel.

As a girl I do care about the safety and a clean bathroom- Kantar has both! The highlight is absolutely the breakfast and the balcony is lovely. Maybe its working station attracts people work remotely, I chatted with many interesting people here. Also it’s close to everywhere, money exchange downstairs and flea markets only in 15 mins walk. The reception guys are lovely! They tried their best to help.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice of this hotel! The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and our river view room was definitely worth it. The whole stay felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. It was also great that the hotel provides a shuttle service to Republic Square. The hotel itself and the area around are beautiful — lots of greenery, a river and a small bridge to walk across, even though it’s in the city. I would highly recommend!

Amazing place! Highly recommended! I absolutely loved my stay at Velvet Vouge Hostel! Everything was super clean — the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were spotless. The hostel has everything you need, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and cozy common areas. The location couldn’t be better — it’s right in the very center of the city, close to all the main attractions, cafés, and shops. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can really feel that the hosts take great care of their guests and the place itself. It’s one of the cleanest and nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed in. I will definitely come back!

As a veteran traveller staying in three star hotels across Eastern Europe, I say that accommodation does not come better than the Pallada. You have a spotlessly clean room with excellent furnishings, A/C and a totally modern bathroom in a hotel with very friendly staff and shared tea/coffee/water facilities. Further, you are two minutes walk from the iconic Republic Square in the centre of Yerevan and about four minutes from the nearest Metro Station. Think Marriott Armenia Hotel but with a focus on style rather than luxury and at a fraction of the price. Speaking of price, the Pallada offers tremendous value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation.

It is a much better option than a hotel. Apartment has all you need - laundry machine, small kitchen, free wi fi, good security, elevator, place is quiet. Location is great, within a walking distance to the centre.
