The guesthouse is simple but very cozy. Great value for money. The location is convenient – about a 45-minute drive to Lake Kari, and also a good base for hiking Mount Aragats. From the balcony, there’s a stunning view of Mount Ararat. The hosts are very friendly and helpful – they arranged a taxi for Aragats and also told us when the bus from Byurakan to Yerevan leaves. I also ordered breakfast and dinner, and the homemade Armenian dishes were delicious.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean, they even upgraded it for free. In the rooms there were fruit, little sweets and beverages as a welcome gift. For breakfast there was a huge buffet with both savoury and sweet options. Honorable mention to the spa and the staff, who were very friendly and welcoming.

We were feeling very comfortable and cosy in this accommodation und were sorry we couldn't stay longer! The hosts received us with warm hospitality and it was a welcoming and familiar atmosphere all the time! The whole house is new, so there are modern furnishings and a lot of space. Everything was clean, there was a large and beautiful garden and it was a quiet place. Moreover, we even were allowed to use the hosts washing machine (we are very greatful for that!). There was an own room with an electric kettle to make some tea or coffee and to sit in and relax. The host speaks english fluently and his mother is a heart-warming and always helpful person. We are looking forward to come again!
