We stayed only for 1 night because of a layover, but it was absolutely nice. We got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, which was really spacious and nice. We enjoyed the dinner downstairs. Unfortunately we could ‘t stay in the rooftopbar, because kids are by UAE law not allowed after 22:00, so not the hotel policy. But it was very nice too. The hotel had nice features which are WB themes with some collector items which is very nice to see. Breakfast was good and then we visited Ferrari World which was very nice too! We would like to go back again and explore more on Yas Island.

Everything was as expected. Nice gym and pool area. No sauna for a Finn, but I can go without it for 24hrs, no worries. Sarah was extremely professional and helpful at the reception.

Excellent stay! Location perfect for a family with kids with Warner Bros, Yas Water Park and Ferrari World reachable in 5 min. Also close to the Yas Marina F1 Circuit. Room was clean, with everything you may need, and also water bottles refill every day. The restaurant was great. We had half board booked. Although breakfast was really crowded, the restaurant staff was excellent. Tables were cleaned quickly and you didn’t get to feel that discomfort of a busy buffet. Cherry on the top was the dinners which were less busy. The service in the restaurant was excellent. All the staff was professional and attentive. A special thanks to Ranga, which took time and made our 5 years old daughter small surprises. Definitely a great place and the place we will choose for our next Abu-Dhabi trips.

Good location in Yas Island. Very close to Ferrari World, Sea World, and Warner Brothers, 12 minutes by car or less. There is also a small Carrefour store nearby. The person in charge of the place is good-matured and quick to carry out the service assigned to him.

Awesome villa! Khalid and the staff were super kind, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. We had a one-night stay, and it was truly the most amazing experience — we wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with family or friends. The community was friendly and cozy, and we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is also perfect — close to Yas Mall, Yas Marina, theme parks, and other entertainment and recreational facilities on Yas Island, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring. We genuinely appreciated the extra care and hospitality shown by Khalid and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay. We will definitely be coming back!
